2. What we collect and why
When you visit the site
We count visits with Plausible Analytics. Plausible tells us which pages people read, which sites sent them here, and general details such as country, browser and device type. It does not tell us who you are. Section 3 explains how it works.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver pages to you and to block attacks and spam bots. This is a normal part of how websites work.
When you fill in a form
When you request an SEO audit, an AI visibility audit or contact us, we collect what the form asks for. This is usually your name, email address, company name, website address and your message. The form sends your details to our inbox. On the way, Anthropic’s Claude AI reads the message to sort real enquiries from sales pitches and spam, and Resend delivers the email. Both handle your details only to do that for us. We use your details to:
- reply to you;
- look at your website and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for;
- follow up on that same request.
When you book a call
We use TidyCal for bookings. When you book, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to any booking questions. We use this to hold the meeting and to prepare for it. The calendar invitation goes through Google Calendar.
When you email us
We keep your email and our replies so we can follow the conversation.
3. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It cannot identify you, follow you across other websites or build a profile of you. Plausible is a European company and stores its data in the European Union.
4. Cookies and tracking technology
Our site does not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, social media pixels or any technology that identifies, locates or profiles you.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. You do not need to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors apart from bots. Neither one tracks you.
When you open our TidyCal booking page, TidyCal may set its own cookies, for example to protect the booking form. TidyCal’s privacy policy applies to those cookies.
5. Your consent
When you send a form, book a call or email us, you agree that we can use your information for the purpose described in section 2. We use it only for that purpose.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to finish the work you asked for.
6. Who helps us process your information
We use these service providers to run the site and the business. We do not sell personal information.

|---|---|---|
| Plausible Insights OÜ | Website analytics (no personal information kept) | European Union |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting, security, spam protection (including the Turnstile bot check) | Global network, company based in the United States |
| Anthropic, PBC | Sorting contact form messages into enquiries, sales pitches and spam | United States |
| Resend | Delivering form submissions to our inbox | United States |

We may also disclose personal information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order.
7. Information stored outside Quebec
Some of our providers store or process information outside Quebec, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Information stored in another country is subject to that country’s laws.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). Then we delete it.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.
10. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct it if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
- Withdraw your consent to how we use it;
- Get a copy of the information you gave us in a structured, commonly used technological format, or have it sent to another organization (data portability);
- Ask us to stop sharing your information or to remove links to it, in the cases the law allows;
- Ask for deletion when we no longer need the information.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@chateaumojo.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days.
11. Questions and complaints
Send any question or complaint about how we handle your information to privacy@chateaumojo.com.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec at cai.gouv.qc.ca or 1 888 528-7741.
